Don't respect the rules

the ones that live upstairs dont repsect the rules of the apartments, they exaggerate the noises, the kids stay running, i understad that we all have chores to do and walk around the apartment, but not running, they also run down and up the stairs, some people work at night and sleep durning the day or reverse, they have visits and are loud even with muisc all the way up
